Car Central Control Touch Switch
In our daily lives, we are becoming more and more particular about the "transportation" in "clothing, food, housing, and transportation", which also means that our living standards are improving day by day. They are everywhere from airplanes to high-speed trains to personal cars, and cars in particular are gaining popularity due to their convenience and increasing affordability.
With the advancement and development of car technology, car center consoles are also quietly evolving, from traditional mechanical button operations to full touch-sensitive switch designs. It not only represents the advancement of technology, but also virtually improves the driving experience of cars.
The capacitive touch sensor control switch circuit board of the car central control panel is simpler in structural design than the traditional mechanical switch panel. The surface adopts an integrated IMD plastic panel or a tempered glass panel, and the button pattern is made into a light-transmitting display effect.
The back of the central control panel is the transparent capacitive touch-sensing circuit board pictured above. The entire material is ultra-thin and highly transparent. The reason the product photo above does not show a fully transparent effect is because there is a yellow protective paper on the circuit board. During assembly, the protective paper is removed to expose the highly viscous 3M glue. The circuit board can be directly attached to the back of the center control panel. Each button area is printed with polymer transparent conductive ink, and there is a full circle of conductive silver paste lines on the edge of the transparent area, which conducts the touch sensing signal from the FPC to the sensing control receiving IC on the motherboard PCB. There is an LED light under the button that shines up from the PCB board, and the light shines directly through the film and out of the central control panel on the surface. This product is divided into three layers of structural design. The surface layer is a transparent protective film to prevent scratches on the product before assembly and is removed after installation. The middle layer is transparent PET printed with low-resistance conductive silver paste, and the key area is printed with polymer transparent conductive ink, which is both light-transmitting and has touch-sensing function. The third layer is printed 3M transparent glue, which facilitates attaching the circuit board directly to the panel of the device. There is a protective paper on the glue before assembly.
